Involved in their legal obligations related to its field of activity, while chemical products distributor, CONSORIMA seeks to ensure compliance with the European regulations that are more present nowadays, in the company daily activities - REACH & CLP Regulations.

In the framework of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemical substances (REACH-Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), CONSORIMA is a distributor/downstream user (in the case of repacking). We have suppliers, manufacturers of substances, on their own or in preparations of chemicals set out in the EU, we act and we will act with the same, in order to guarantee and ensure compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006.

In this sense, we have established a close relationship with our suppliers and verified their commitment the requirements of this regulation, in particular in obtaining information on substances registered, their exposure scenarios, as well as, confirmation of substances exempted from registration under this regulation or registration later dates.

As we all know, this is a responsibility that goes from the primary manufacturer of the substances responsible for the placing on the market of the final product, involving all stakeholders in this process.

CONSORIMA guarantees fluency of this customer information through the safety data sheet as required by REACH regulation and established by ECHA (European Chemical Agency). The safety data sheet, in its turn, comply with the classification and labelling requirements laid down in Regulation (EC) no 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of Chemical substances and mixtures
