In the constant search for differentiation, CONSORIMA recognizes that the quality of the products provided, associated with a service of quality in pre and post-sales follow-up, guarantee this differentiation.

In this way, we bet in reliable sources, products with guarantee of constant physic-chemical characteristics and performance, associated to a specialized technical support.

We count with specialized representations in several application areas, such as, SASOL for the surfactants, EVONIK for the industrial specialties, SENSIENT Fragrances for perfumes, between many others.

CONSORIMA also bets on specialized technical training to ensure appropriate client attention from product industrial application advice to alternative procedures and techniques or even in adaptation of formulations in order to achieve customer satisfaction. We are also able to perform along with our partners, when applicable, tests and adjustments needs for the product to suit the client requirements.

We manage our daily activity with consistency, through internal procedures, which allow us to do, at all times, the tracking of any supply since the origin of the input in our warehouse, the customer and the product submission and billing. All deliveries are accompanied by analysis reports and transport document valid and in accordance with the legislation in force.

Being the customer feedback a valuable indicator of our performance we evaluate annually the satisfaction of our customers through a customer satisfaction survey, as well as the complaints received and handled, and vendor evaluation information that we receive from customers. All these evaluations are reviewed on an annual basis, which allow us to implement the improvements that we consider capital gains in service and products that we provide.
