Consorima, S.A. informs that in case of an automated file of personal data exists, the user can exercise his rights of acess, modification and cancelation of any personal data collected by Consorima, S.A. The rights of acess, modification, opposition and cancelation would be done by the user, by means of an email to the website manager.
Consorima, S.A. commits to the compliance of it´s obligation to confidenciality of all the personal data (Lei nº 41/2004 de 18 de Agosto) and it´s duty to keep it. Consorima, S.A. will adopt any necessary measure to avoid any not allowed acess to the personal data in order not to alter, delete or make any kind of data treatment, according to the SAFETY MEASURES REGULATION of the electronic files that have any personal data.
